Deposits and Cancellations

A deposit of 50% will secure the photographer's services for the date and time discussed and may not be rescheduled for a different date. In the event of the clients' cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. It is important to note that deposits are non-refundable even for reasons such as venue closure, government shutdown, or pandemic related health and safety precautions. If Kyle Christensen Photography is cancelling the event due to unexpected critical reasons, the full amount will be refunded. The only exception  to the nonrefundable deposit is in the case of bad weather in which I require 24-48 hours notice for a weather cancellation or reschedule. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.
